Cerebral Palsy: A congenital disorder that is characterized by defective motor function and co-ordination caused by damage to the developing brainDown Syndrome: A congenital disorder caused by the presence of an extra chromosome 21 (Trisomy 21) and characterized by delayed physical growth, mental retardation and characteristic facial features
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome:An inherited disorder mostly affecting the skin, joints and blood vessels
Femur: The thighbone, which connects the pelvis to the knee joint
Marfan Syndrome: An inherited disorder that primarily affects the connective tissues of the body
Tendon: A tough, inelastic connective tissue that joins muscles to another structure, usually a bone
Tibia: Also known as the shinbone, it is the larger of the two bones in the lower leg
