Glossary
Conjunctiva: A membrane that lines the inner surface of the eyelid and also covers the sclera (white part of the eye).Fibrovascular growth: growth containing both fibrous tissue and blood vessels.
Lesion: An area of abnormal tissue change.
Cornea: The cornea is the transparent part of the front portion of the eye that refracts light entering it.
Astigmatism: A refractive error in which there are different degrees of refraction in different meridians.
