Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome is a neurological disorder caused by an adverse reaction to neuroleptic or antipsychotic drugs. It consists of muscle rigidity, fever, autonomic instability and cognitive changes.Myoglobinuria is the excretion of myoglobin through urine in patients with rhabdomyolysis.
Statins or HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors are a class of lipid-lowering medications useful in lowering cholesterol levels, thereby preventing conditions like angina and heart attack.
