Vaccination— Injection of a vaccine to create immunity

Immunization— Process of boosting one’s immune system against the infectious agent

Mummification— Ancient Egyptian technique of preservation of the body and its internal organs similar to embalming and wrapping the body in bandages


Bio war— Warfare where disease-causing microbes or toxins are intentionally used for destruction against vegetation or humankind

Inoculation— Introduction of an infective agent

Pustule— Small skin blisters that contain pus

Scab— Dry crust that occurs over a wound or cut as part of the healing process

Mass vaccination— Supplying vaccine to a larger population for imparting immunity in a shorter period
