What are the Symptoms and Signs of Perilymph Fistula?

When you have perilymph fistula, you begin to notice the following symptoms:

• Dizzy feeling / vertigo
• Complete or progressive loss of hearing
• Problems with balance (disequilibrium)
• Persistent ringing sound in the ears

  (tinnitus)

• Mental faculties are affected (difficulties in cognition)
• Feeling the ear is full of fluid (aural fullness)
• Headache
• Motion sickness in adults
