As more people are getting aware of dyscalculia today, support and help is available. www.dyscalculiaforum.com, a site, with more than two thousand members from all walks of life, many of them have very successful businesses or careers.
Children with dyscalculia may be our brightest and most gifted children too - but they are still being called underachievers or below average in intelligence because their disability is not recognized. It is important to encourage them as much as their brothers and sisters with dyslexia.
