Mood Lability — This refers to rapid exaggerated mood swings ranging from depression to mania.Postpartum Depression — A condition seen in some parents (especially mothers) of a newborn, characterized by sadness, lack of motivation, fear of harming the child, and fatigue.
Postpartum Psychosis — A condition seen in women, and very rarely in men, which involves delusions, hallucinations, mania like symptoms, and inappropriate behavior.
Schizoaffective Disorder — A disorder which consists of both schizophrenia-related and mood-related symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, mania, and depression.
