Anti-oxidants: Substances that remove potentially damaging oxidizing agents in living organisms.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): It refers to a group of lung diseases that block airflow and make breathing difficult.
Glycemic Index: It measures how fast and how much a food raises blood glucose levels
Glycemic Load: It is a number that estimates how much the food will raise a person's blood glucose level after eating it.
