Stress can lead to irregular ovulation. If you are trying to get pregnant and you are under terrible stress, your cervical fluid may give you warning that something is wrong. The most important thing one should do before having a baby is to have a stress free relationship. Stress and depression may dampen your fertility.
Relaxation exercises, yoga and reading books on pregnancy are healthy ways of keeping yourself fit and stress free. It is very important to educate your self on pregnancy and child birth before going ahead with your dreams of having a baby.
