Eating Raw Garlic for Good Health
Garlic is a common kitchen ingredient often used to add flavor to dishes. Garlic belongs to the Allium family,which includes onions, shallots, chives and leeks. Garlic is bulbous in shape comprising of 10-20 individual segments called cloves.
