Understand Your Hunger Pangs

The body says something and the mind says something else, but if you want to reduce weight and impress the woman of your life it's time to follow your body.


The body sends the signal 'I want water', the mind says, 'no, I want cola'. Who should you listen to - your body or your mind? Listen to your body. Always remember, the body never demands unhealthy food, it is always your mind that misguides you. Taste buds have been adulterated by artificial food, sugary food, or salty, spicy and oily food. If you wish to reduce weight stay miles away from it. Sometimes, what you think as hunger pangs, can be a plain simple feeling of being thirsty. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water to flush out the toxin and keep your weight under control.
