Obsession: An anxiety disorder that is commonly characterized by the person's obsessive need to perform a particular task or set of tasks repeatedly.


Psychotherapy: It is the process of treating psychological or psychiatric problems through counseling.

Serotonin: A neurotransmitter in the brain that is involved in the processes of sleep and memory, a well as other neurological functions.
