Glossary:

Lysosomes: These are organelles in the cell that can break down lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, and other cell debris.


Enzyme: This is a class of proteins that catalyzes different reactions in the body such as transferring phosphate groups, amine groups, or removing -OH groups, or breaking down fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
