Medically Reviewed by Dr. Sunil Shroff, MBBS, MS, FRCS (UK), D. Urol (Lond) on Mar 13, 2023

Control Heart Disease with a Healthy Lifestyle

A healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle change is one of the easiest ways to control heart diseases.

Being active and eating the right foods will go a long way in preventing or controlling heart diseases. If you already have coronary heart disease it is never too late to adopt a healthy dietary change and a more balanced lifestyle.

If you are young "now" is the right time to invest in your present and future health.

If you are middle aged, it is indeed the proper time to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

If you are old make sure everyday is enjoyed and spent like you spend a lifetime.

"Your lifestyle - how you live, eat, emote, and think - determines your health. To prevent disease, you may have to change how you live." - Brian Carter.

A family that exercises together stays fit forever
