What Is The Stem Cell Therapies Currently Used?

Hematopoietic stem cells are used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and several blood disorders. Hematopoietic stem cells are present in the bone marrow and are precursors to all blood cells.


Adult stem cells are used to treat diseases such as diabetes, kidney cancer, liver diseases, coronary diseases, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, however the therapy is offered only to limited patients.
