Laboratory investigations
The followings investigations will be done once during this trimester, preferably in the first visit.
Blood investigations include:
- Blood sugar (indicates diabetes)
- Hemoglobin (indicates anemia)
Urine investigations
- Urine albumin
- Urine sugar (indicates diabetes)
- Any pus cells (indicates infection)
