What are the Benefits Of Zone Diet?
The Zone Diet offers benefits by maintaining the correct balance between insulin and glucagon. When this balance is established, then specific anti-inflammatory chemicals (types of eicosanoids) are released. The effect of these eicosanoids is similar to aspirin.The benefits of Zone Diet are-
