Have any of you guys used any wrist braces or splints to limit range of movement? I was also wondering if there were any types of food or supplements that would allow the pain in my wrist to be reduced? I ended up purchasing a wrist brace from BraceAbility.comm that is doing the job but I was just curious for any other ideas!
Thank you!
