Root Canal Treatment ( or Endodontic Treatment) is a sequence of treatment done over a few sittings to eliminate infection in the canal and involves removing the infected pulp from the canal. The Pulp consists of nerves, blood vessels and cellular tissue that help the tooth to grow and develop. The purpose of the treatment is to keep your natural teeth rather than pulling it out and inserting an artificial one. After the root canal treatment tooth itself becomes dead.
