Applications
for presentation of scientific materials are open only to registered
delegates.
-
Abstracts
must be written in English.
-
The
paper should be typed inside the abstract form only and preferably
on a laser printer or an electric typewriter (10 spaces per inch)
equipped with a carbon-yield film ribbon, never a cloth ribbon. We
strongly recommend you to use the size 12pt by Times Roman,
if possible.
-
The
text should be typed with single line spacing. Double line spacing
is required between paragraphs. Every new paragraph should begin at
the left guideline.
-
Do not fold the typescript. When the typescript is ready, place
it between cardboard sheets, wrap carefully, and send to
the Secretariat before March 1, 2003.
-
Title should be
started in the upper left corner with the title of the contribution. If
possible, leave one or two spaces under the title of the contribution, then
type on one or two lines the full name(s) of the authors(s) followed
by the affiliation of the author on the separate line. Underline the
Presentors Name.
-
Figures
can be included in the abstract
-
Figures
in line drawings must be supplied as high-quality, sharp and well
contrasted glossy prints. Lettering and symbols should be clean and
large, not smaller than the typed characters and should allow for a
reduction down to 75% of the original.
-
Please
draw in horizontal lines only. Vertical line should appear only in
exceptional cases to ensure clarity. Lines should be drawn with a
Rapidograph-type pen and black indian ink.
-
Figure
legends should be typed in the form "Fig.1" below the
figure. Table headings are placed above the table.
