Hypersensitivity.What is the dosage of Carbonyl Iron?
Adult: 50 mg orally three times a day.Child: 2 to 4 mg/kg/day divided every 12 to 24 hours (maximum daily dose = 15 mg).
Infants: 1 to 2 mg/kg/day (maximum 15 mg) in 1 to 2 divided doses.
