This combination medication contains 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor and alpha-blocker, prescribed for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dutasteride prevents the production of a natural substance that enlarges the prostate where as Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate.
