Why is Exemestane Prescribed? (Indications)
This medication is an aromatase inhibitor, prescribed for advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women who are no longer responsive to anti-estrogen therapy. It works by decreasing the amount of estrogen.When should Exemestane not be taken? (Contraindications)
