This medication is a glycoprotein, prescribed for patients with Hurler and Hurler-Scheie forms of mucopolysaccharidosis I (MPS I- series of inherited metabolic disorders). It provides the enzyme alpha-L-iduronidase to the body.When should Laronidase not be taken? (Contraindications)
