This medication is an antifungal antibiotic, prescribed for eye and skin infections.  It kills sensitive fungi by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell wall.

What is the dosage of Natamycin?

Ophthalmic- As 5% solution: Instill 1 drop 1-2 hourly; reduce to 1 drop 6-8 times/day after 3-4 days. Duration: 2-3 week.
