• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bowel obstruction, decrease in white blood cells, flu-like symptoms, hepatitis, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.• Avoid live vaccination during the treatment period.
• Avoid contact with people who have infections.
• It may reduce platelet counts; avoid injury or bruising.
• Patient may develop with increased risk of certain types of viral brain infection (progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy [PML]) with the following symptoms: confusion, dizziness, difficulty in talking or walking, abnormal thinking, poor eyesight, imbalance, or weakness. If it is so consult with your doctor immediately.
