What is the dosage of Relugolix?

Relugolix is available as tablet.
The recommended dosage is 360 mg (loading dose) on 1st day followed by 120 mg taken by mouth once daily at same time every day.

Missed a Dose?

Missed dose should be taken as soon as the patient remembers. If the dose was missed by more than 12 hours, patients should not take the missed dose and resume with the next scheduled dose. If treatment was interrupted for more than 7 days, it is advisable to restart Relugolix with a loading dose- 360 mg and continue with a dose of 120 mg once daily
