When and How to Take Doxylamine
- Doxylamine is available in the form of a tablet, liquid and a liquid-filled capsule to be taken orally.
- It is usually taken 30 minutes before bedtime to help people who have trouble falling asleep with or without food.
- To treat cold symptoms Doxylamine is usually taken every 4 to 6 hours.
