How to Take Cimetidine and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet and liquid to take by mouth, with food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

PO- The recommended dose is 800mg at bedtime orally; maintenance- 400mg at bed time.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Cimetidine

This medication is a histamine H2-receptor antagonist, prescribed for heartburn and peptic ulcers.
