How to Take Diflunisal and it's Dose


It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Initial: The recommended dose is 1000 mg followed by 500 mg every 12 hours. It may be reduced if needed.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients who have experienced asthma, hives, allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs, last 3 months pregnancy and hypersensitivity.
