• This drug should be taken in three to four divided doses orally.
• Allergy to diphenylpyraline
• Severe liver disease
• Angle-closure glaucoma
• Enlargement of the prostate
• Seizures
• It should also not be used in infants, the elderly, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Dosage & When it is to be taken
• The recommended dose of the drug is a maximum of 6 mg/day in three to four divided doses.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
