Dosage & When it is to be taken
PO- 3 mg drospirenone and 20-mcg ethinylestradiol per tablet: 1 tablet orally per day. Start on first day of menstrual cycle or on the first sunday after menstrual period. Take as directed by your physician.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
It should not be used in women who have the following conditions: Kidney or liver impairment, adrenal insufficiency, blood clot defects, stroke, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, headache with neurological symptoms, surgery, breast cancer, uterus cancer, vaginal bleeding, jaundice, suspected pregnancy, heavy smoking and hypersensitivity.Drug Name : Drospirenone and Estradiol
