• Netarsudil eye drop should be instilled in the affected eye in the evening.
• Tilt back the head and gently pull the lower eyelid. Instill the drop into the space and close the eyes.
• Do not blink and keep the eyes closed while placing your finger on the inner corner of the eye.
• If a dose is missed, continue with the next scheduled dose on the next day evening. Do not take the dose twice in a day.
• If another eye drop is prescribed along with netarsudil eye drops, there should be a gap of at least 5 minutes between two applications to avoid overflow or dilution.
• The recommended dose of netarsudil ophthalmic solution is one drop on the affected eye once a day.
• Allergy to netarsudil.
• Children below 18 years of age.

For treating ocular hypertension or glaucoma:• The recommended dose of netarsudil ophthalmic solution is one drop on the affected eye once a day.
When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
Netarsudil should not be used in patients with-• Allergy to netarsudil.
• Children below 18 years of age.
