Oral- Cryptosporidiosis, Giardiasis- Adult: 500 mg every 12 hour for 3 days. Child: 1-3 year: 100 mg every 12 hour; 4-11 year: 200 mg every 12 hour; ≥12 years: 500 mg every 12 hour. All doses to be taken for 3 days.When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)
