How to Take Norelgestromin and Ethinyl Estradiol and it's Dose


It comes as a patch, to apply as directed by your physician.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

6mg norelgestromin (NGMN) and 0.75 mg ethinyl estradiol (EE).
This system uses a 28-day (four-week) cycle. A new patch is applied each week for three weeks (21 total days). Week Four is patch-free.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with breast cancer, cancer of the uterus, cervix, or vagina, unusual vaginal bleeding, liver cancer, severe high blood pressure, blood disease porphyria, headache, recent heart attack, stroke, blood clot disorder, and hypersensitivity.
