How to Take Pralsetinib and it's Dose

The recommended dosage in adults is 400 mg orally once daily on an empty stomach
Food intake is not recommended for at least 2 hours before and at least 1 hour after taking Pralsetinib.

Pralsetinib is available as an oral capsule in the following dose:
• 100mg

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

What if you Miss a Dose of Pralsetinib?

If a planned dose of Pralsetinib is missed, take the dose as soon as possible on the same day. Resume the daily dose schedule for the next day.

Pralsetinib is indicated for the treatment of adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), based on the presence of a specific gene fusion named RET.
