How to Take Pseudoephedrine and Triprolidine and it's Dose


It comes as a tablet and capsule to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: PO- Allergic rhinitis; Cold and flu symptoms: Per tab contains triprolidine HCl 2.5 mg and pseudoephedrine HCl 60 mg: 1 tab 4-6 hourly, up to 4 times/day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Concurrent use or within 2 week of stopping MAOIs, severe high blood pressure and hypersensitivity.

This combination medication contains decongestant and antihistamine, prescribed for itchy, watery eyes, sneezing and runny or stuffy nose caused by hay fever, allergies and common cold.
