The package arrived to Venezuela on Monday morning. We had to pay a few amount in local currency for taxes. We tracked the package at DHL and asked them to keep it in cold storage. They were very helpful. The package was delivered at 8 am on Tuesday (14.11.2017) morning.
Thanks for your help. My doubts were about customs in Venezuela, not about your company. We had very bad experiences with Venezuela customs in the past. Sorry again, if I made you feel uncomfortable.
