The partnership will allow DGIF to expand the reach of its IT services, aswell as allow DGF MedServ to offer a more complete product suite to itscustomers and leverage DGIF's Singapore Data Center. DGIF will be able toincrease sales of its IT solutions, notably its Magic KeyRing SecuritySystem(TM) encryption product, by serving hospitals and medical businessesworldwide.

DGF MedServ will be able to leverage DGIF's data centers in Westminster,Colorado and Singapore, as well as expand their product suite by offeringHIPAA compliant email services and remote backup to new and existingcustomers. DGF MedServ has front-end solutions that are to be implemented atnine hospitals and 300 clinics in Dubai, and it has solutions in place inAthens, Bangkok, Jeddah, Karachi, London, New Delhi, Manila, Chicago and otherdomestic U.S. markets. This provides an established network through whichDGIF's HIPAA compliant products can be promoted.
