Examiners receive free training in how to use the Baldrige Criteria, and serve on teams to determine applicant organizations' strengths and opportunities for improvement. Past examiners have described their KAPE experience as a "mini MBA" and an important addition to their personal career and learning objectives. Examiner applications are due by January 18, 2010.
