On 30th June 2016, Pramati Care achieved yet another milestone of 6000+ monthly patients visits in Delhi-NCR and announced 'Empower 10k' - a unique program to train 'Patient Attendants on offering Quality Home Care' at no cost to clinicians.

Speaking on the launch, Kumar Mayur (Co-Founder) said, "I came on-board Pramati early this year and am glad to be a part of this team. Having realized that the Home Care Business is all about customer experience, training the caregivers not only improves the quality of service for the patient but also makes their earnings better. Earlier we used to only train clinicians who were on our payroll. However, in the last six months, Pramati opened the program to general caregivers and trained over 2000+ caregivers on our Proprietary Training Program, which has modules like Personal Hygiene, Etiquettes, Elder Care etc. We have experienced a drastic improvement in their service quality; customers too have appreciated these changes. We now wish to do this for the entire community and hence 'Empower 10k' has been launched to train 10,000 caregivers by Oct 2016 using our expert trainers and visiting faculty."
