WASHINGTON, Oct. 15, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Power to Decide released data from the inaugural Youth Reproductive Health Access (YouR HeAlth) Survey measuring young people's knowledge, attitudes and experiences related to sexual and reproductive health information and services, with an emphasis on contraception and abortion.

Access to contraception and abortion information and care is fundamental to the sexual and reproductive well-being of people across the United States. The 2024 YouR HeAlth Survey results dive into many factors that shape whether young people get the care they need and want. Power to Decide surveyed 1,200 young people aged 15 to 29 years old assigned female at birth. Key findings include:

The 2024 YouR HeAlth Survey was fielded July 17, 2024 to August 30, 2024 using Ipsos KnowledgePanel, the largest probability-based online panel in the U.S. A total of 1,203 respondents participated in the 2024 survey.
