Preparation
Ingredients
- Milk – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Garlic – 10 to 12 cloves
Method
Add water to milk. Peel the garlic. Put it in a clean cloth and tie it with a string. Place it in the milk. Boil it on a low flame to reduce the volume of the milk to 1 cup. Then squeeze the bag of garlic into the milk. Serve this warm milk, preferably on an empty stomach.
