Preparation
Ingredients
- Ginger - 1 inch piece,
- Coriander seed 1 tsp,
- Water - 1 cup,
- Honey - 1 tsp,
- Lime juice - few drops (optional).
Method
Smash the ginger piece. Coarsely powder the coriander seeds in a mixer. Add a cup of water to it and boil. Let the volume of the water be reduced to 3/4th of the cup. After the water cools, filter it to remove the coarse particles and add honey. Also add a few drops of limejuice. Mix well and serve.
