Ingredients

  1. Puffed barley powder – 1 spoon
  2. Puffed chickpea powder – 1 spoon
  3. Jaggery – 2 spoons
  4. Powdered Cardamom – 1 pinch
  5. Water – 2 cups

Method

Mix the ingredients well. Store it in an earthen pot. Take it after it is well cooled.
