Preparation
Ingredients
- Sesame seeds – 2 spoons full
- Water – 2 cups
- Milk – ½ cup
- Palm sugar – 2 spoons
Method
Add 2 cups of water to 2 spoons of sesame seeds. Boil it in low flame and reduce the volume of water to ½ cup. Filter the decoction of sesame seeds. Add hot milk to it. Add palm sugar and mix well.
