Ingredients
- Lemon - 1 fruit
- Rice - 1 cup
- Sesame oil - 3 Spoons
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Black gram - 1 Spoon
- Split chickpea - 1 Spoon
- Green chilly - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1 Pinch
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Asafetida - 1 Pinch
- Salt - To taste
Method
- Cook the rice
- Season mustard, black gram, split chickpea, green chilly, turmeric powder, curry leaves, and asafetida in sesame oil
- Add this to the cooked rice
- Add salt and lemon juice to the rice
- Mix them well and serve
