Ingredients
- Pepper - 2 Spoons
- Cumin seeds - 2 Spoons
- Cooked Rice - 2 Cups
- Ghee - 1 Spoon
- Salt - To taste
Method
- Cook the rice
- Saute pepper and cumin seeds using ghee
- Powder them in a mixer
- Add melted ghee to the rice
- To this add the powdered pepper and cumin
- Add salt according to taste
- Mix well and serve
