Preparation
Ingredients
- Chick pea flour - 20gm
- Bread crumbs - 20gm
- Brinjal (egg plant) - 25gm
- Little hog weed leaves (Paruppu keerai) - 25gm
- Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
- Sesame oil - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
Cook chopped brinjal, little hog weed leaves and onions in water. Mash them well, using a fork. Add chickpea flour and make it to dosa- batter consistency. Heat a shallow iron pan and spread the batter. Roast it to make the dosa (pancakes).
