Ingredients:

  • Apple – 1 fruit
  • Honey – 30 ml
  • Water – Desired Quantity

Preparation:

Blend the Apple and extract the juice. Add honey and stir.

Rasayanam – literally means rejuvenation. The diet, medicine, or therapy that rejuvenates or regenerates body- mind, prevents decay, and postpones aging.

Vajikaram – the science of Aphrodisiac, producing virility.
